Specializing in Light Electrical, Light Plumbing, Assembly, Repair, Installation & I’ve been told I have a 'Good Eye', and am certainly a 'Problem Solver', too. Proud to be “General Liability Insured & Bonded”. When I can be of service “Inside” I am ready to help as most of your indoor projects ARE probably within my wheel house. In the interest of valuable time – allow me to get right to the point. I charge $85. Hr. working myself – $115. Hr. when I work with my loyal & vetted employee. Two men working for a small bump in my single man rate / BEST Value. (that's just $57.50 per man hour). I have a 3 hour minimum, Unlike others, I do not mark-up materials to my clients, and come well-prepared to avoid shopping on your time whenever possible. I warranty “ALL” my work for one year. Typically, I am booking new work (5-7 days) in advance. I get more done in a few hours than most. I pride myself & reputation on being honest, fair, competent & well prepared in my mobile workshop. I must admit – I am a bit spoiled in that I like to keep my shoes, uniform (and your home) clean working mostly inside. Apologies, I DO NOT PAINT. So… that’s my story & sticking to it! If your needs are all outside of my scope this time around, please give our appropriate associates a call and let them know we referred you. Upon completion & satisfaction payment is required in trade for presented company invoice at the end of each project day.
