“It was easy to communicate with Bob via email and he arrive on time with his helper Jeff. They laid down floor covering on the hardwood floors and wore booties over their shoes when then went upstairs which is carpeted. Everything they worked on was done professionally and efficiently and also cleaned up the work areas when they were done. Bob and I walked my home to see if there was anything else he could fix while he was there and even gave me suggestions on some things I could do myself.
